In the Dashboard, you can see what is happening with your projects and tasks.
When you first log in to the system, you will be on the dashboard.
The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of active projects, allocated tasks, pending deadlines and team resource allocation.
From the Dashboard, you can use the navigation list on the left-hand side to click on the hubs, collections and strategies to open the selected folder/page. This can be used at any time to get back to the Dashboard and other sections. Alternatively, you can use the breadcrumbs at the top left-hand side of the screen.
Across the top of the page, you can see 3 boxed sections that give you a rapid overview of your Active projects, My tasks, and New comments. Each of these boxes is interactive; click to open.
Active projects – This displays the projects that are in progress. The quick view in the box shows you the number of active projects across the whole team.

Once opened, you will see a table of projects. You can filter at the top with a keyword search or use the dropdowns in the status, priority and tags.

My tasks – This shows you your active assignments and deadlines. Click to open to reveal a list of your tasks
Once opened, you will see a table of your tasks, which shows the title, status, priority, category, phase and assignee. At the end of the table of data, you will see 3 ‘…’, which, when clicked on it gives you more options to copy task ID, view project and edit task.
At the top of the Tasks screen, you can search by the title or by using the 3 dropdown filters (Person, Status and Priority).
New comments - Here you can view and manage comments across your projects. Click to open.
Once opened, you can filter the comments by typing in a keyword or using the 3 dropdown filters (Type, Authors & Status). On the right-hand side, under the filters, you also have the option of how you would like to sort the comments, click to open.
All Projects - This gives you a quick overview of the most updated projects, showing the pending and resolved progress bar, due date and the status. Click on the individual project that you would like to open.
Alternatively, you can click the ‘View all’ button, which is at the top right-hand corner. This opens up the projects hub. (Please see how to explore the projects hub for more details)
Recent Activity - This shows the latest updates throughout the organization. Click on the update you would like to see.
Alternatively, you can click ‘View all’ to open the Organization Audit Trail. This shows the history changes and activities across your organization. To filter, you can search my name or using the entities and actions dropdowns. Under the filters, you have the option to sort the results from newest first to oldest first.
Under the table, you can use the previous and next arrows to navigate through the list of activities. Click on the description to open up the activities you wish to view.
Team Task Summary – The pie chart gives you a visual display of the total tasks across all statuses.
Upcoming Deadlines - This shows the upcoming deadlines for projects and tasks shared with you.
You can filter by clicking on this month, next 2 months or next 3 months.
Resource allocation – This chart shows the team capacity utilization across projects
On the top right-hand corner, you can click the ‘Manage team’ button, opening the Team Members page. Here, you manage your team members and collaboration settings.
Create new - Quick create
On the Dashboard, you have another option to quickly access the new pages for the hubs, collections and strategies. From the main dashboard, click on the button ‘+ Create New’ which is located on the top right-hand corner of the screen. Scroll down to the section you would like to open.
