Select Evidence Collections from the left-hand menu to access the Evidence collection page. Here you can create and manage evidence collections for review and analysis.
Evidence Collections acts as your structured evidence library.
Use them to curate, review, and annotate resources aligned to specific projects, sub-topics, or strategic research questions.
Here, you have a bespoke data and evidence collection tailored specifically to focus on a sub-topic or strategic research question of interest.
Once you have clicked to open your chosen selection, starting at the top of the page, you can see -

Reviewers - Team members assigned to review this list.
Search Strategies - Sources queried to populate this list.
At the top and bottom right-hand corners of the screen, you have a ‘Review Evidence’ button, which you can click on to review and approve or reject items in this curated list.
Starting at the top of the page, you have -
Review Progress - Track the progress of the review process.
The Pending Review and Reviewed tabs are both interactive. Click to open.
Individual Review - Review item and view details.
Both the Review Item and View Details buttons are interactive; click to open.
Inside Review Item, you can Approve, Reject and Add review notes. Once complete, click Submit Review. Alternatively, click Cancel if you do not want to submit.
You will also be able to use ‘Run AI Review’ on the right-hand side of the screen. Click the ‘Run AI Review’ button to begin.
This will work through the full list of filtered knowledge records (in batches of 10), and review the context/data against the framework and criteria defined at set-up. You can filter and batch review based on relevance. The 'AI insight' will provide details on relevance and reasoning for human review. The progress bar will count up to show how many records have been processed and how many are still in the process of being reviewed by AI insight.
On the main Evidence Collections page, you can also create a new collection. At the top right-hand corner of the screen, click the ‘+ Create List’ button. (For further details, please see ‘How to create an evidence collection’).
